UTOPIA consists of nearly 400 highly-educated professionals including bankers and lawyers (96% tertiary, Masters, PhDs) of which majority (85%) comes from an IANG background. In 2016, UTOPIA became the first team in history to achieve 100% MDRT (39% COT and TOT). The team defeated over 200 districts to be crowned Champions of the AIA Super Grand District of the Year Award. To date, they continue to be the record holder for the highest MDRT ratio.
